As CEO at LineStream technologies, an industrial software company, Dave built a world-class team, established license partners with global industrial leaders, and raised over $12M in venture capital from Ohio, Silicon Valley, and international firms. Dave received his MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and his BS in mechanical engineering from Dartmouth College. He lives in Shaker Heights with his wife and two children.
Oscar "Oz" Hackett
Oz cut his teeth in investment banking and has spent the last eight years as CFO and General Counsel for companies with $10M-$40M revenue and 20–500 employees, developing deep corporate governance, compliance, financial management, and investor relations experience. Oz received his JD cum laude from Harvard Law School and his BS in finance and economics from Georgetown University. He lives in Waite Hill with his wife and two children.
Dr. Martha Hackett
For the past three decades, Dr. Hacket has run one of Northeast Ohio’s largest, independent family medical practices in Northeast Ohio. She focuses on supporting families struggling with pain killer, anti-depressant, and heroin addiction, and firmly believes in medical marijuana as a safe alternative treatment. Dr. Hackett received her MD cum laude from Case Western Reserve University. She lives in Thompson with her husband and has two children and three grandchildren.
Kate developed a passion for advancing the cause of medical marijuana while caring for her late grandmother. A graduate of the University of Akron, she manages community relations for Greenleaf and serves as the company’s spokesperson and industry expert. She lives in Akron with her husband, Jon Nelson.
Greenleaf’s “plant guy,” Jon is committed to sustainably producing top-quality, clinically certified cannabis. A graduate of the University of Akron with his MS in agronomy from Penn State, Jon has developed extensive large-scale grow experience working as full-time turf manager for a private country club and serving as a cultivation consultant for regulated cannabis operations in other states. He lives in Akron with his wife, Kate.
